My mother (landlord) actually contacted Edwards for routine maintenance. Donald showed up on time and even called ahead. He was extremely friendly and was even kind enough to take time to play with my puppy and make friends with my 1 year old daughter. Since I am a mother and have a baby to chase around Donald was extremely patient with me and waited until I had his full attention so he could explain to me what was going on. He made sure that he explained what he was doing every step of the way and if I did not understand something then he was patient and went into further detail until I did understand. He did not want to leave with me not knowing what he did while he was here, what I can do in the meantime, and what I can do to help myself save some money. He was absolutely wonderful and did not seem like he was working to just collect a paycheck but more like he was working because he was passionate about his job. I would recommend Donald 100% for my friends and family and I’m hoping he is the one that returns when Edwards comes back out to my house again.

Donald was exceptionally helpful and professional. He welcomed my observation of his work cleaning and fixing my geothermal heat pump. I learned a great deal about how it all works and what I can do to take care of the system. Also offered to help us find someone to service the leaking loop! I’ll ask for him specifically in the future!

The great customer service started with our initial call to Edwards Royal Comfort. The staff were friendly and were able to promptly get us an appointment. When our technician, Donald arrived I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and friendliness. I appreciate fact that he took the time to explain what he was doing. My 4 yr old son has made a forever friend! Look forward to using Edward’s Royal Comfort for all our heating and cooling needs! Thank you!
