If your newly installed system fails to keep your home comfortable during the first year, we will make unlimited service attempts to fix the problem. If we still cannot maintain the temperature specified by the manufacturer's design criteria for your location, we will replace the entire system at no charge.

If the compressor in your air conditioner fails within the first 5 years, we will install a brand-new complete condensing unit. Should any equipment we installed stop heating or cooling your home within the first year, we will diagnose the issue within 48 hours — then fix it completely, including all parts and labor, at no cost. If we are unable to resolve it, we will show up with a check for $1,001 for your inconvenience.

We guarantee you will reduce your heating and cooling costs by a minimum of 30%. If you do not hit that threshold in the first year, we will pay you double the difference of the savings you did not realize. Your new system should pay for itself — and we will make sure it does.
